Our commitment to the plaintiff school districts and parents is that we will raise the necessary funds to support their courageous stand on behalf of their students. In order to do that, we rely on the help of people like you – Oregonians who believe as we do that without a high quality education system, Oregon will lose her standing as a forward-thinking, strong, independent state – that we’ll always be the Doonesbury state that can’t keep her school doors open.

Whether you send $50 or $500, your donation will be spent solely in support of the adequacy litigation - our only project. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Checks should be made payable to the Oregon School Funding Defense Foundation and mailed to:
